Dates and distances follow the organisers' websites and are rounded. For most races the catalogue holds the 2026 course. Where an organiser publishes an older GPX for an unchanged course, we use that, for example Beskydská sedmička, whose 2026 course is the same as in 2025. The catalogue also holds the Ultra Fatra course from Dolný Harmanec to Ružomberok, although that race was not held in 2026.

Which courses look best as a relief

Reliefs of the Krkonošská 50, Zapomenuté hory 46 km and Skymarathon Chopok 2026 courses side by side

A relief shows a square of landscape around the whole course. The smaller the area a course covers, the taller the mountains look:

  • Short mountain loops such as Psotkov memoriál, Skymarathon Chopok, Lysohorský Ultra Trail or Krkonošská 50 fit a square 6 to 10 km across. Peaks and valleys stand out strongly.
  • Long traverses such as Beskydská sedmička, Nízkotatranská stíhačka or Javornícka stovka need a square 38 to 71 km across. Individual hills look lower and the shape of the whole ridge stands out instead.

For long courses we recommend the 20 cm size, with the Width in the Fine-tune section, which sets how much landscape around the route is shown, lowered to 5 to 10% and the terrain Height raised. The preview updates straight away, so you see the difference before you order anything.

FAQ

My race is not in the list. What now?

Upload the organiser's GPX or your own recording on the designer page. We can make a relief of any route up to 80 km across. If you would like the race added to the catalogue, write to us through the contact page.

How much does a relief of a race course cost?

A 10 cm relief costs 1,499 CZK, 15 cm costs 1,749 CZK and 20 cm costs 1,999 CZK. In euros that is €59, €69 and €79. Prices include VAT and the 3D preview is free.

Why do catalogue distances differ from the official ones?

We measure distance and gain in the catalogue directly from the GPX course and a terrain elevation model. Organisers quote rounded figures, so the numbers can differ by a few kilometres or a few hundred metres. You can edit the base text to whatever you like.

Is a race relief a good gift for a runner?

Yes. You know the race course even without their recording, because it is the same for everyone. For more ideas see Gifts for runners. For Christmas, order early, ideally at the start of December.
